Dredge Technology Corporation (DTC) was formed in 1977 as a joint venture of IHC Smit B.V., the Kinderdijk shipyard specializing in hopper dredges, and John J. McMullen Associates, a Naval Architecture firm of New York.
DTC specifically targeted to provide integrated design and supply services to the U.S. dredging market. In 1988 DTC left its first location in the New York's World Trade Center and via a Midlantic Park, N.J. period, DTC operates presently from Wayne, N.J. supported by the parent company in Holland. |
